Ribbon IX  is the ninth in my collection of bespoke ribbon necklaces. Romantic and irreverent, each piece is slightly different and born from my love and obsession with antique ribbon, and is paired with sterling silver and pearls.
 
This piece is made with an antique deep midnight blue silk velvet ribbon. This beautiful ribbon is approximately 3/8" wide, and is paired with sterling silver, baroque cornflake pearls, Tahitian pearls, and naturally ocurring cross-shaped pearls, as well as freshwater biwa stick pearl accents on the end.
 
The necklace can be worn as a choker or tied to hang long. It can be worn with the excess ribbon hanging in the front or the back.
