This piece is entirely made to your measurements--the placement of the o-ring used to support the dildo can be made as high or as low as you'd like (allowing you to find what feels comfortable for your genitalia, as well as what feels fun to play with).  This design does not hug the genitalia on purpose, making space for both genital play while wearing the harness, as well as making it inclusive for those with penises.
